Ceyear Technologies Announces Final Number of Shares in Offline, Online Offering for IPO

Ceyear Technologies (SHE:301689) said the final number of shares it offered offline was 36,745,160 shares, representing 60% of the offered shares, while the number of shares offered online was 24,496,500 shares, representing 40% of the offered shares, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The final number of shares allocated under the strategic placement was 40,827,772 shares, representing approximately 40% of the offered shares.
The Chinese electronic measuring instrument manufacturer offered 102,069,432 shares for 16 yuan per share in its IPO.
