Black Peony (SHA:600510) fully repaid the principal and final interest on its $126 million three-year overseas bonds issued in August 2023.
The total repayment amounted to $130.4 million, including the 6.95% coupon interest, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the urban construction company were down 1% in recent trade.
