Altair Minerals Begins Maiden Reverse Circulation Drilling at Guyana Prospect, Shares Up 3%

Altair Minerals (ASX:ALR) said a maiden drilling campaign began at the South Oko prospect, part of the Greater Oko project in Guyana, consisting of 15,000 meters of phase one reverse circulation drilling, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

In addition, maiden reverse circulation drilling also began at the North Peters deposit, consisting of 2,000 meters in phase I, which is running alongside the 5,600-meter diamond drilling program currently underway.

Its shares climbed 3% in recent trading on Tuesday.
