NRW Holdings (ASX:NWH) has secured a five-year extension to its Karara mining services contract, extending its tenure at the mine from March 2027 to February 2032, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The extension is valued at around AU$960 million, with the company continuing to deliver largely unchanged services, including load and haul, drill and blast, and ancillary operations, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 5% in recent Tuesday trade.
