Three Lions Acquisition (TLAC) priced its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 each, the blank-check company said late Monday.

Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one-half of a warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50 per share.

The IPO's sole book-running manager, EarlyBirdCapital, has a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional units.

Three Lions expects its units to begin trading Tuesday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker TLACU. The underlying securities will later trade separately under TLAC for stock and TLACW for warrants, the company said.

The IPO is expected to close by Wednesday.
