Digi International Lifts Credit Facility to $350 Million

Digi International (DGII) expanded and refinanced its senior secured revolving credit facility, increasing total borrowing capacity to $350 million from $250 million, with an accordion feature allowing up to $480 million.

The facility matures Aug. 27, 2031, and carries SOFR margins of 125 to 262.5 basis points, down from 135 to 310 basis points previously, the company said Monday in a statement.
