Japan Airport Terminal Sets Price for Secondary Offering

Japan Airport Terminal (TYO:9706) said it has determined the selling price for its secondary offering at 5,577 yen per share, with the total offering valued at 55.9 billion yen, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
The Tokyo-listed company said it will offer over 10 million shares through underwriters, including around 2.5 million shares to overseas investors, mainly in Europe and Asia, excluding the U.S. and Canada.
The company will deliver the shares on Sept. 9 and has also set the price for a secondary offering by way of over-allotment of 1.5 million shares at 5,577 yen per share, totaling 8.4 billion yen.
