Intercontinental Exchange-backed (ICE) predictions site Polymarket is set to receive a $300 million investment from existing investor 1789 Capital, in which Donald Trump Jr. is a partner, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The planned investment, which is part of a $1 billion upcoming round led by 1789 Capital, would value Polymarket at $21 billion and make the investment fund one of the biggest backers of the firm, the unnamed sources told the publication.

1789 Capital and Polymarket didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
