Karoon Energy (ASX:KAR) said Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) and its related entities ceased to be a substantial holder in the company on Aug. 31, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Karoon Energy's shares were up almost 3%, while Commonwealth Bank's shares were down almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
