QMines (ASX:QML) said representatives from departments of the Queensland government and Livingstone Shire Council conducted a site familiarization and stakeholder engagement visit to the Mt Chalmers copper-gold project on Tuesday, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The visit included an inspection of the existing open pits, current drilling activities, and drill core, the company said.
Its shares fell past 7% in recent trading on Wednesday.
