Samsung FN REIT's (KRX:448730) affiliate Samsung Securities will participate in the REIT's 97.1 billion won rights offering by underwriting any remaining shares after the offering.

Samsung Securities will invest 40.9 billion won to acquire 8 million shares, representing a 7.3% post-investment stake, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The transaction, approved by the board on Aug. 26, constitutes a large-scale internal transaction under the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, as Samsung Securities is a related party to the company.

The shares are priced at 5,110 won apiece, though the final price, number of shares acquired, and stake size are subject to change based on subscription results.
