China Cinda Asset Management's Profit, Revenue Fall in H1

China Cinda Asset Management's (HKG:1359) profit attributable to equity holders of the company fell to 784.4 million yuan for the first half of 2026 from 2.28 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Earnings per share declined to 0.01 yuan from 0.05 yuan in the prior-year period.
Total income slipped to 26.1 billion yuan from 34.4 billion yuan a year ago.
The board approved a dividend on offshore preference shares at an annual rate of 4.4%, with an aggregate payout of $83.1 million, payable on Nov. 3.
