Qilu Bank's (SHA:601665) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half rose 16% to 3.17 billion yuan from 2.73 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Shanghai bourse filing Saturday.
The lender's shares jumped 7% at the close of Monday's trade.
Earnings per share increased 14% to 0.50 yuan from 0.44 yuan. Operating revenue grew 11% to 7.50 billion yuan from 6.78 billion yuan in the prior year.
