MaxOne Semiconductor's (Suzhou) (SHA:688809) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half jumped 61% to 222.4 million yuan from 137.9 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Monday.
Earnings per share rose 21% year on year to 1.72 yuan from 1.42 yuan.
Operating revenue climbed 67% to 624.1 million yuan from 374.4 million yuan in the previous year.
The Chinese semiconductor company did not recommend any cash dividends for the period, but proposed to place 4 shares for every 10 years to shareholders through capitalization of capital reserve.
The company's shares rose 4% at the close.
