Suzhou Everbright Photonics' (SHA:688048) attributable profit jumped 238%, or nearly 3.4 times, to 30.3 million yuan in the first half from about 9 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share at the optoelectronic device maker increased to 0.1721 yuan from 0.0509 yuan in the prior-year period.
Operating revenue grew 83% year over year to 391 million yuan from 214.1 million yuan.
