Qualitas (ASX:QAL) said it has no exposure to the Bathla Group, a property developer that recently entered voluntary administration, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said its private credit portfolio had no impairments as of Aug. 28, and it has no exposure to any borrower for which an external controller has been appointed following formal enforcement action.
Qualitas added that it has not seen any disruption to deployment flows since Bathla Group entered voluntary administration.
