Jupiter Neurosciences disclosed a notice from Nasdaq that the stock exchange intends to delist its shares, citing the company's non-compliance with a rule setting a minimum total value for its listed securities. The stock fell 19%, to $3.40, in after-hours trading.
Cyabra said it entered a six-figure annual agreement with an interactive entertainment and gaming company. Under the agreement, Cyabra would monitor social and digital environments, analyzing authenticity and identifying coordinated or inauthentic activity, the company said. However, shares fell 3.7% to 43 cents in late trading.
Pinterest Chief Financial Officer Julia Brau Donnelly is leaving the company for another opportunity. The social media company appointed Vikram Naidu, currently vice president, finance and business operations, to serve as interim principal financial officer, effective when Donnelly leaves. Pinterest said it has launched an external search process to identify a successor. The stock ticked down 2.2% to $22.67 after hours.
