Energy Fuels (UUUU) said Friday it has completed the acquisition of Australian Strategic Materials.
The acquisition adds 1,300 tonnes per year of existing neodymium-iron-boron alloy production capacity at the Korean Metals Plant, the company added.
Following completion of the deal, Australian Strategic Materials' shares were delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange.
