Huatai Securities (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) unit Huatai International Finance on Thursday issued two tranches of medium-term notes totaling $130 million.
Proceeds will support business development and daily working capital needs, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the securities company rose 1% in recent trade on the Shanghai and Hong Kong bourses.
