CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the acquisition and leaseback of a logistics estate in Singapore, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The industrial and logistics REIT utilized an additional SG$218.3 million from around SG$903.5 million from an equity fundraising exercise to partly finance the transaction.
