East Money Information (SHE:300059) completed the issuance of corporate bonds totaling 3.60 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese financial information company's shares rose 3% during Wednesday's morning trade.
The bonds were issued in two tranches. The Series 1 bonds amounted to 1 billion yuan, have a coupon rate of 1.70% and a term of three years. The Series 2 bonds were worth 2.6 billion yuan, have a coupon rate of 1.85% and a term of five years.
