TCL Technology (SHE:000100) completed its acquisition of the remaining 45% stake in Guangzhou CSOT Semiconductor for 9.32 billion yuan.
This was funded through a combination of 4.66 billion yuan in cash and 4.66 billion yuan in shares, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the technology company were down 1% in recent trade.
