CXMT Fully Exercises Overallotment Option in Shanghai IPO

ChangXin Memory Technologies (SHA:688825) has fully exercised the overallotment option in its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market board.

The exercise brought its total shares issued to 7.69 billion, or 11.3% of its share capital after the IPO, raising total gross proceeds of 66.6 billion yuan, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

As a result, the semiconductor company's total share capital will increase to 67.9 million shares from 66.9 million shares.

China International Capital Corp. and CITIC Securities served as the joint lead underwriters.
