Centuria Capital Group Moves to Single-CEO Structure With Jason Huljich at Helm; Shares Down 9%

Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) appointed Jason Huljich as group CEO, effective Nov. 27, as it moves to a single-CEO structure, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
John McBain, the company's current joint CEO, is stepping down from the role, also effective Nov. 27, per the filing.
McBain, who co-founded Centuria with Huljich, has led the group since April 2008 and will remain as a non-executive director across several group boards.
Centuria Capital shares fell 9% in recent Thursday trade.
