FJ Benjamin Holdings Seeks SGX Extensions to Release Results, Hold AGM

FJ Benjamin Holdings (SGX:F10) has sought a two-month extension from the Singapore Exchange Regulation to announce its financial results for the financial year ended June 30, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore Exchange.

The brand management company is seeking to extend the current deadline of Aug. 29 to Oct. 29, citing the need for more time to complete its ongoing audit procedures and other assessments.

The company has also sought a one-month extension to hold its annual general meeting for FY26 from its deadline of Oct. 31 to Nov. 30. It has also applied for a one-month extension to issue its sustainability report for FY26, moving the deadline from Oct. 16 to Nov. 15.

FJ Benjamin will also apply to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore for an extension of time to hold the company's AGM.
