Sphere 3D (ANY) said Monday shareholders approved changing the company's name to DarkHorse Technologies Inc. at a special meeting.
The company said it will immediately begin doing business as DarkHorse Technologies and plans to launch its new website and branding.
Sphere 3D intends to begin trading on Nasdaq under the new ticker DRK following the name change, subject to Nasdaq procedures. Until then, shares will continue trading under ANY.
