WEB Travel Group (ASX:WEB) said the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) recorded the change of its name to WebBeds Group, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The change of name on the ASX will be effective Sept. 1.
Its shareholders approved the name change at the annual general meeting held on Thursday.
Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Friday.
