Caihong Display Devices' Attributable Profit Plummets 78% in H1; Shares Up 4%

Caihong Display Devices' (SHA:600707) attributable profit plunged 77.9% to about 100 million yuan in the first half of 2026 from 451.6 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Earnings per share at the display manufacturer declined to 0.028 yuan from 0.126 yuan in the prior-year period.

Operating revenue decreased 1.8% to 5.56 billion yuan from 5.66 billion yuan in the year-ago period.

Shares of the display manufacturer rose 4% in recent trade.
