Eagle Hospitality Trust (SGX:LIW) said all remaining funds of its Eagle Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust have been repatriated to the US Liquidating Trust, as required under the approved restructuring plan.

Stapled securityholders will not receive any value from the winding-up of Eagle Hospitality REIT, according to a Wednesday Singapore Exchange filing.

Eagle Hospitality REIT will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange at 9 a.m. Singapore time on Aug. 31, with its termination taking place on the same day.
