Jiangsu Expressway (SHA:600377, HKG:0177) entered 20 related-party agreements, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The transactions include expressway maintenance, construction projects, service area leasing, property management, technology services and entrusted management operations.
The largest of these were with Yangtze Bridge and related parties at 198.6 million yuan and with Xiandai R&B for 162.7 million yuan.
Shares of the expressway company rose 2% on the Hong Kong and Shanghai bourses on Friday.
