Nestlé India (NSE:NESTLEIND, BOM:500790) agreed to acquire a 26% stake in Radiance KA Sunshine Seven to establish a captive renewable energy power plant for one of its manufacturing facilities, according to a Thursday Indian bourse filing.
The company said the investment will support its renewable energy and sustainability goals.
