Siasun Robot & Automation (SHE:300024) directors approved an additional 110.6 million yuan budget for related-party transactions to facilitate daily business operations, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The initial budget for transactions is 210 million yuan. As of the end of June, total related-party spending reached 23.4 million yuan.
