Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of around 649 million yuan in March, with a sales area of 53,382 square meters, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property firm's contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 1.55 billion yuan and 134,175 square meters, respectively, for the three months ended March 31.
