Solis (HKG:2227) said the Hong Kong Exchange granted it a waiver from strict compliance with the deadline to dispatch a circular related to the grant of an option to dispose of a Singapore property for SG$21 million, according to a Friday bourse filing.

The option was granted by the construction firm's indirect unit, Sing Moh Electrical Engineering, giving Straits Teamwork the right to buy the property at 450 Tagore Industrial Avenue in Singapore.

The company said additional time is needed to finalize information for the circular, including an updated statement of indebtedness, a property valuation report, and a working capital sufficiency letter.
