QIDIAN GUOFENG (01280) announced that its current auditor, Rongcheng (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited, will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of its current term. The firm will not be proposed for reappointment as auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

Following a procurement and selection process and based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors proposes to appoint Bo Chun CPA Limited as the company's new auditor. This appointment is to take effect upon the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM and will last until the conclusion of the next AGM, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
