Century Legend (Holdings) Limited submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 1 April 2026, confirming no changes in share capital or equity structure for the month ended 31 March 2026.

The authorised share capital remains at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million.

Issued share capital stands unchanged at 326.08 million ordinary shares, and the company continues to hold zero treasury shares. The public-float requirement—set at a minimum 25% of issued shares—was satisfied as at month-end.

Two share-option schemes remain outstanding: • 2009 Scheme: 9.29 million options outstanding • 2019 Scheme: 3.26 million options outstanding No options were exercised during the month, resulting in zero new share issuance and no proceeds raised.

The company reported no warrants, convertibles, other share-issuance agreements, or share repurchases during the period.

Century Legend’s capital structure therefore remained stable throughout March 2026, with no equity dilution or treasury-share activity.
