Foshan Haitian Flavouring and Food Company Ltd. (Haitian Flavouring) disclosed that it repurchased 1.20 million A-shares on 28 August 2026 through the Shanghai Stock Exchange, spending RMB 40.82 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 33.67 to RMB 34.15, translating into a volume-weighted average of RMB 33.9986 per share.
Following the transaction, Haitian Flavouring’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02% to 5.55 billion shares, compared with 5.55 billion shares on 27 August 2026. Treasury shares increased to 8.42 million, leaving the company’s total issued shares unchanged at 5.56 billion.
The repurchased stock is earmarked for subsequent cancellation to reduce registered capital and/or to support future employee stock ownership or equity incentive schemes, in line with approved mandates. All repurchase activities were executed on the Shanghai bourse and complied with prevailing domestic regulations.
