Go Up Education Technology Limited (Go Up Edu Tech) has updated its corporate website from “www.wealthglory.com” to “www.goup-edtech.com”, effective 3 July 2026. All future announcements, notices and documents filed with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be simultaneously available on the new site.

The board currently comprises seven directors: Executive Directors Mr. Yuen Hiu Tung (Chairman) and Ms. Lin Su; Non-executive Directors Mr. Yau Chi Ho and Mr. Cheng Hoi Ming; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Chan Ka Hung, Mr. Tam Chak Chi and Mr. Liu Yongsheng.

The directors collectively confirm that the information in the announcement is accurate and complete in all material respects and complies with GEM Listing Rules. The notice will remain accessible on the HKEx news website for seven days from publication and permanently on the company’s new website.
