Acrophyte Hospitality Trust ends planned sale of Hyatt Place Atlanta Alpharetta hotel

Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on Aug, 27 2026 that the buyer of Hyatt Place Atlanta Alpharetta Windward Parkway has exercised its right to cancel the purchase and sale agreement during the due-diligence period that expired on Aug, 24 2026. As a result, the proposed divestment has been terminated and the buyer’s deposit of about 0.14 million Singapore dollars has been refunded.

The latest decision follows the earlier cancellation, announced on Aug, 13 2026, of the planned sale of Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross Peachtree Corners. With both transactions withdrawn, the trust’s managers said they will continue to evaluate strategic options for the Alpharetta property and will update investors on any material developments.
