7Road Holdings Limited disclosed on 20 July 2026 that it bought back 478,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$1.07 and HK$1.10 per share, spending HK$0.52 million. The shares are intended for cancellation.
The latest purchase leaves 7Road’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.75 billion shares as at 20 July 2026, because none of the repurchased shares has yet been cancelled. Since the current mandate was approved on 26 May 2026, the company has repurchased 235.10 million shares on the Exchange, equal to 8.56 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.
The repurchase authorisation allows up to 274.77 million shares to be bought back. After the transactions reported to date, 7Road still has capacity to repurchase approximately 39.67 million shares, or about 1.44 % of its issued shares, before the mandate is exhausted.
All repurchases have been executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules. A 30-day moratorium on any new share issuance or sale/transfer of treasury shares is in force until 19 August 2026, following the 20 July transaction.
