7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a new share buyback in its Next Day Disclosure Return dated 9 June 2026. The company repurchased 1.30 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.98 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.27 million. All shares were acquired for cancellation.
Including the latest transaction, 7Road now holds 10.53 million repurchased shares awaiting cancellation, equivalent to approximately 0.38 % of the current issued share capital of 2.75 billion shares. The cumulative cash outlay for these repurchases amounts to roughly HKD 7.23 million, reflecting a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.69 per share.
The buybacks were executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 274.77 million shares. Since the mandate was granted, 7Road has repurchased 5.83 million shares, representing 0.21 % of the issued share count as at the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company remains subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 9 July 2026.
