Stamford Land Corporation Ltd (H07) said that shareholders approved all 11 resolutions tabled at its 48th Annual General Meeting held on Jul, 30 2026 at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre.
The meeting received and adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026 and endorsed a final tax-exempt dividend of 0.5 Singapore cent per ordinary share, payable on Sep, 28 2026, subject to entitlement.
Investors also backed the payment of up to 210,000 Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for the year ending Mar, 31 2027, to be disbursed quarterly in arrears. Chief Executive Officer Ow Yew Heng was re-elected as director, while Jimmy Yim Wing Kuen and Tan Soon Liang were returned to the board. Director Lim Teck Chai, Danny, retired at the close of the meeting.
Auditor Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed for the next financial year, with directors authorised to fix its remuneration. Shareholders further approved the adoption of a new constitution, granted the board authority to issue shares under the Stamford Land Scrip Dividend Scheme, and renewed a general mandate allowing the company to issue shares representing up to 50% of its issued share capital (with a 20% limit for non-pro-rata issuances).
Lastly, the meeting renewed the share buyback mandate, permitting purchases of up to 10% of issued shares at up to 105% of the average market price for on-market buys and 120% for off-market purchases.
All resolutions were carried with support levels ranging from 98.49% to 99.88% of votes cast.
