Tontine Wines issues circular for shareholder-requested SGM on proposed board removals

China Tontine Wines Group Limited announced on 26 August 2026 that the bilingual circular and notice of a shareholder-requisitioned special general meeting (SGM) concerning proposed removals of directors have been released on the company’s website (http://www.tontine-wines.com.hk) under the “Investor Relations” and “News & Media” sections.

Shareholders who are not registered holders can obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and mailing the attached request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the group’s Hong Kong share registrar. Submission of the form will also serve as an instruction to receive all future corporate communications in hard-copy format.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours. The notice is signed by Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Sun Jialiang on behalf of Tontine Wines.
