China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (CH OVS G OCEANS) released unaudited March 2026 operating data, highlighting robust sales growth alongside restrained land investment.
March 2026 performance • Contracted sales reached RMB3.38 billion, up 31.8% year on year. • Contracted gross floor area (GFA) totaled 292,000 sq m, rising 24.6% YoY.
First-quarter 2026 cumulative results • From January to March, contracted sales amounted to RMB8.09 billion, an increase of 16.7% YoY. • Contracted GFA stood at 690,600 sq m, up 15.4% YoY. • Subscription sales yet to be converted into contracts totaled RMB534 million, covering 43,400 sq m at quarter-end.
Land-bank activity • No land parcels were added in March. • Year-to-date, the group acquired one site in Taizhou’s Medical High-Tech Zone, securing 86,651 sq m of GFA for RMB287.39 million. • In addition, the group purchased the remaining equity stakes in two Hefei cooperative projects for RMB104.10 million, consolidating full ownership.
