According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 27, a significant position change was observed for HG SEMI (06908), with a total deposited market value of HK$52.8394 million, accounting for 12.53%.
The company's shareholder deposited 148 million shares into Citibank, resulting in a 12.61% increase in their shareholding ratio.
The annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025, show that the group's revenue reached RMB 97.759 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 29.9%. The net loss narrowed by 26.8% to RMB 134 million, with a loss per share of RMB 0.1221.
