International Business Settlement Holdings Limited (IB Settlement) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 25 June 2026. The agenda includes:
• Approval of the audited annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
• Review and authorization of the results announcement for public release.
• Deliberation on the declaration and payment of a final dividend and/or a special dividend, if any.
The current board comprises Executive Directors Yuen Leong and Chan Siu Tat, Non-Executive Director Liu Yu, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Yap Yung, Chen Lanran and Wong Kin Ping.
