KWG Living Group Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable share structure with no new share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital was steady at 2.03 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 2.03 billion, identical to the previous month’s level.

KWG Living affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

Under its HK$8.964 Share Option Scheme, 162,000 options lapsed during June, reducing outstanding options to zero. No shares were issued and no funds were raised from option exercises. The scheme still allows for up to 201.74 million shares to be issued upon future option grants.

There were no movements involving warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements, and no Hong Kong depositary receipts were outstanding.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Tseong Ka Wai and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026.
