On 29 April 2026, CH Biotech Services Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company’s website (www.cbshhk.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notification, addressed to non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS, specifies that printed copies of any corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—can be obtained free of charge upon written request.
