China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited (abbreviated as CN Cultural) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the month ended 30 June 2026.

The filing shows no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during June:

• Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

• Issued share capital remained at 1.54 billion shares, comprising 1.53 billion shares in circulation and 6.50 million treasury shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, indicating that the proportion of shares held by the public stayed above the regulatory threshold.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-related instruments were granted, exercised, or outstanding in June, and there were no other movements affecting the capital structure.

The return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Chu Hoe Tin, affirming adherence to all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
