On 23 April 2026, BONNY INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED (BONNY HLDG) notified non-registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of its FY2025 Annual Report and the accompanying circular dated the same day have been uploaded to the company website (www.bonnychina.com) and the HKEX disclosure platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

To promote paperless communication, the board recommends accessing the web versions. Shareholders who cannot retrieve the documents electronically—or who prefer hard copies—may submit a signed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The company will dispatch printed copies free of charge upon receipt of the form, which can be returned by post (postage-paid in Hong Kong) or by email to 1906-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their custodial intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited). Until a valid address is recorded, only printed notices of publication will be issued.
